Luxe Plastic Inserts 6-pack for the Original Tile Bat System

After we developed the new Bat System for Aspire Wheels, we found that we really loved the feel of a system where the insert is made from the same exact material as the surround. We made some for ourselves that fit the full-size Tile Bat System and we LOVED the experience, and we think you will, too! They are our most deluxe inserts for those that want maximum enjoyment of the experience over cost savings. The material cost and the amount of hand work make these more expensive than the tiles, but we think they are worth it for individual potters.

These inserts fit the Motherboard surround of our Tile Bat System more snugly than the tiles, since we are in control of the size. They are made from the exact same ABS plastic as the motherboard, so they are totally flush with the motherboard. We cut them with just a slight gap that allows them to drop right in and remove easily without shaking the freshly thrown form. 

ABS plastic is non-porous, textured on the top side to grip the clay, and is super durable. These inserts will clean easily, never warp, grow mold, or deteriorate. the underside is slightly rounded to help the pry tool get under the edge. It is important to note that using a heat gun to speed dry the pots will melt and warp the tile, so please don't do that.
