We actually fire the tiles we sell in order to shrink them to fit our system. Each tile is individually inspected for fit, warping, and damage in the packing process, so this is the easiest way to get the experience of throwing on bisque with zero hassle, shipped right to your door.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWe pack the tiles by shrink-filming them into a bundle, putting the bundle into an interior box surrounded by 1\" thick XPS rigid foam, and then a 200 lb test outer box to protect them on their journey.  We have found this to be a very good method for shipping and have had very little breakage since developing this packaging.
